How to Order

Measurements:

All measurements are measured in inches and can be entered in fractions. If, for example, the length of a measurement is 80¾ inches, enter the value "80.75" in the measurement field.

The Corner Radius:

To find the radius of any corner, find the two points where the straight edge begins to curve. From those points, measure straight outward (or inward) until the two straight measurements meet. The length of the two measurements should be equal. Any one measurement represents the radius of the corner. Measure both the inside (B & C) and outside (A & D) angles for increased accuracy.

Foam Density:

Foam Density represents the weight and strength of the spa cover. Foam Density 1 weighs one pound per cubic foot. This is used to make the Standard Cover. Foam Density 2 weighs 2 pounds per cubic foot and is used to make the Deluxe Cover. Foam Density 3 weighs 3 pounds per cubic foot and is used to make the Walk-On Cover.

Hinge Direction:

Hinge direction represents the seam direction for opening or folding the spa cover. A vertical hinge direction allows you to open the spa cover from the left and right sides. A horizontal hinge direction allows you to open the spa cover from the top and bottom sides.

Skirt Length:

Skirt length represents the height of the spa's rim. With a cover sitting flush on top of the spa, measure the distance down to the outer rim of the spa.

Number of Handles:

Each handle is reinforced for extra strength.

Number of Fasteners:

Fasteners are essential for locking the spa to the cover.

Type of Fasteners:

Fasteners come in black plastic locking style or metal twist lock.

Length of Fasteners:

Fasteners length represents the distance from the top of the spa to the location of the mounted fasteners. Measure to the nearest half inch increment.

Double-Wrapped Foam Inserts:

Our foam cores are heat-sealed with 4 mil plastic to prevent steam from entering and deteriorating the cores. Double wrapping the foam provides an extra barrier and can extend the life of the cover. This option is an additional $29.90.

Energy Shield Bottom:

Increase the energy efficiency of your spa by ordering your spa cover with an energy shield bottom material which reflects the radiant heat back into the water. This option is an additional $49.90.

Spa cover lifters allow safe and easy access to your spa.
